Our files go thru Quality Checking before they are added to the store. If you are dissatisfied with a product, it is to the designers discretion how to handle the complaint. Zips and Products are FINE on our server. If your file corrupts during download, let us know and we'll find a way to get you one that works, but we will NOT under any circumstances do a refund.
