DSO is a QUALITY CHECKED STORE.
Digital-Scrapbooking.org has Quality Checked ALL of our products since 2006. We were the FIRST digi scrap site to quallity check EVERY SINGLE item in our store. Many other sites claim to have a Quality Check System in place, but what they mean is they check some of the products uploaded, not ALL. Here at DSO, we check EVERY product from EVERY Designer on our staff.
What this means is someone (other then the designer) is downloading and inspecting EVERY SINGLE PIECE of these kits, to make sure YOU get the best product our designers can provide. Two sets of eyes are better then one for catching errors!
With the extra effort of our Quality Assistants, each product get a close eye before even being added to our store.
What do they look for?
Well, she makes sure there are no strays, and that the item is 300 ppi. She also notes whether the item unzips into organized folders and if there are any pre-made shadows. Errors are corrected, and the product is added so that you (our customer) can be rest assured that the item is flaw free! No more having to email and complain to a designer to have an element replaced!!! We want to tell you as much as we can about the product so you know what you’re getting before you buy, and more importantly we want you happy with your purchase!!!
